We're upgrading our Help Center and the tools behind Udemy Business Support to make it easier and faster for you to get the help you need! As part of this update, you'll notice a few key changes launching October 12th, 2026, at 1:00 PM/PST: a smarter login flow, a more personalized experience once you're logged in, and a new, state-of-the-art virtual assistant.
- Please note: To help ensure a smooth transition, links for our current Help Center home page and articles will automatically redirect you to their new home when we launch the new support experience.
Here's what's new and what it means for you.
A smarter, more secure login
We've improved how you log into our Help Center to help make sure you always land in the right place. When you start the login process, we'll send you a login email. If that email is associated with more than one account, for example, both a Udemy personal account and a Udemy Business account, you'll be asked to select which one you'd like to log into. This helps ensure you're accessing the correct account rather than landing in the wrong experience.
See only what's relevant to you
When you're logged in, your experience in the new Help Center and our virtual assistant will be tailored to you, and you will have access to the full range of content related to your account.
For example, guidance specific to the learner or instructor experience on Udemy, or a Udemy Business admin. Content that doesn't apply to your account is filtered out, so you spend less time sorting through information that isn’t relevant. As a result, we will recommend logging in to your Udemy Business account so we can assist you best.
Quickly access your recent cases
Logging in will also give you direct access to your submitted cases in one place. You can review your case history, check for updates from our team, and add comments or files, all without needing to search your inbox for a confirmation email.
Our new virtual assistant
Our new virtual assistant has been built on Agentforce, a state-of-the-art platform designed to understand your question faster and connect you to the right answer with less back-and-forth. The virtual assistant will be capable of assisting Udemy Business learners and admins. Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or have a quick question, the assistant can help you find the answer you need or assist in submitting a case to our support team.
You will be able to access the virtual assistant by clicking “Contact Us” on any Help Center article.
Note: Not all languages are supported by the virtual assistant at this time.
